At the same time, its impact resistance is 10 times that of ordinary polyethylene pipes, and it can withstand the huge water hammer impact formed during the start and stop of pump stations without cracking or damage. 2、 Chemical inertness and wide temperature range: dual compatibility of corrosion and extreme cold Mining slurry often has acid-base corrosiveness (such as sodium cyanide solution in gold cyanide process, copper ore acidic slurry, and high concentration alkaline solution in bauxite). UPE belongs to a saturated molecular cluster structure with extremely high chemical stability. It can withstand various corrosive media (acids, bases, salts) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration range. In sulfuric acid with a concentration less than 75% and nitric acid with a concentration less than 20%, the performance of UPE will not change. UPE lining also has excellent low-temperature resistance, maintaining good flexibility in the ambient temperature range of -40 ℃ to+80 ℃, without the common low-temperature brittleness phenomenon of ordinary rubber. It still has ductility at a liquid helium temperature of -269 ℃, which makes the hose suitable for use in winter mines in northern high-altitude regions. Actual working condition tests have shown that UPE lining has good resistance to strong corrosive media such as 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, 37% hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, as well as organic solvents such as benzene and esters, which can effectively avoid performance degradation caused by swelling of traditional rubber. 3、 Three layer composite structure: system integration of wear-resistant lining, steel wire reinforcement, and weather resistant outer adhesive The UPE ultra wear-resistant slurry conveying hose adopts a three-layer composite structure design, with each layer performing its own duties, forming a complete protection system of "wear-resistant pressure resistant weather resistant".
