With the power density of single cabinets in data centers exceeding 50kW, liquid cooling technology has become the core solution to solve the "heat island effect". However, the interior space of high-density cabinets is precious, with servers, power modules, and cables stacked layer by layer, leaving channels for cooling pipelines often narrow to tens of millimeters. Traditional PVC or nylon hoses are prone to twisting, cracking, and even leakage when bent in such confined spaces - a coolant leak can cause equipment damage of over a million yuan and prolonged downtime.
